The Patient Portal facilitates better communication with Dr. Williams and staff  by providing a secure, convenient way to manage your personal health care. Our patient portal gives our patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a secure username and password, our patients can view health information such as:

• Recent doctor visits
• Medications
• Immunizations
• Allergies
• Lab results
• Past and future appointments

Please check your email for an invitation with a registration link. Once you create your passcode please message Maura with any demographic changes. You can directly email Dr. Williams with any medical questions or concerns. The portal is a convenient way to request medication refills and referrals.
